This includes all phases, from sorting and packing through contractors, sale preparation, and move-in.
Planning and setup
A clear plan is established, including sequencing, timelines, and any contractor needs.
Materials, supplies, and logistics are organized in advance.
Execution
Work begins.
Items are sorted, packed, labeled, and tracked.
Contractors are sourced, bid, and managed as needed.
Estate sale preparation is handled in parallel when applicable.
Final preparation and transition
The space is prepared for sale or transition.
Cleaners, landscapers, and final services are coordinated as needed.
Remaining items are moved, donated, or placed into storage.
Move-in setup is completed as needed.
